Whether it's physically working on clearing up physical symptoms & determining what they can do to build a life to work with them, learning more about nutrition, holistic living & spiritual wellness, finding peace and forgiveness through grief & trauma, or diving into the realms of the divine feminine mystery in order to grow, we are here to serve as a source of light in the darkness, a hand in the solitude, an ear in the confusion & a heart to heart space that women can retreat to & find respite in to seek safe, effective and immersive healing.
